H-1B Visa: New Season Starts April 1, 2010

According to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), they will begin accepting H-1B visa applications again for the fiscal year 2011 starting April 1, 2010. The total number of visas allowed for the H-1B is 65,000 per fiscal year.
